What is your MOQ and lead time?

Standard models ship from stock in 7–15 days; OEM orders typically run 20–30 days depending on specs and quantity.

Can you match an existing project specification?

Yes. Send the datasheet or site conditions and we return a matched model with a sizing calculation — battery capacity and panel wattage included.

Do you support OEM / ODM branding?

Custom logo, packaging, housing colour and lighting parameters are all available, along with tooling for new housings.

What certificates do your products carry?

CE-EMC, CE-LVD, RoHS, PSE, FCC and CCC on the relevant models, plus ISO 9001 for the factory. Documents available on request.

How do you support after-sales in remote markets?

3–8 year warranty with remote technical support. We ship spare parts with the order and can dispatch replacement units from our factory stock.
